Haledon Estates requires proof of at least 3x times the monthly rent and photos identification to be uploaded to the application. Each adult occupant is required to submit an application. Applications are $50 per applicant and are non-refundable. Screening of income, criminal background check, credit history, and rental history could take up to 48 business hours.
