Haledon Estates requires proof of gross income equal to at least three (3) times the monthly rent and a valid photo ID to be uploaded with the application. Each adult occupant must submit a separate application. The application fee is $50 per applicant and is non-refundable. Screening, including income verification, criminal background, credit, and rental history, may take up to 48 business hours to process.
