PET POLICY

Limit 2 cats and/or dogs per apartment up to 50 pounds. No exotic animals.

Non-refundable pet fee of $250 per animal. Monthly fee $50 per pet.

Veterinarian statement is required for each pet.

BREED RESTRICTIONS: Excluded dog breeds include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bull Dog, American Pit Bull Terrier, American or Bull Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Bull Terrier, Chinese Shar-Pei, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Stafford Terrier, Chow, German Shepherd and any mix thereof.

North Jersey Veterinary Hospital is a 5 minute drive away.

 

 

 

J-B Pet Supplies is a 9 minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY

Haledon Estates Apartments offer free vehicle parking for our residents.

Permits limited one vehicle per leaseholder.
